UOR - Topo Group - Process to be followed to become a Member:

1. A person who wishes to join Topo Group as a member should send an Email to: webmaster@topogroup.com with some information shown in #3 below.
2. Such an Email can also be sent by an existing member on behalf of the potential member
3. Information needed:
   • Full Name
   • Batch and year of graduation
   • Spouse name
   • Address
   • Phone
   • Mobile phone
   • Birthday (DD/MM)
   • Spouse birthday (DD/MM)
   • Anniversary (DD/MM)
   • Email
   • Any special comments
4. A photograph of the member with spouse should be sent to the wembaster also (it can be sent later)

Upon receiving this information, the website will be updated with the new member information and a confirmation Email will be sent to all members (including the newest member) welcoming and announcing the new member.
