After graduating from Roorkee in Nov64 I moved to Bombay and worked for ABB, got married in 67 and then moved to US in 1969. I lived and worked in New Jersey for 35 years mostly for ABB in Sales and Marketing. Also went to School and got MBA in 1975. We were blessed with a daughter Priya in 1970 and later with a son Vikas in 74. Daughter is married to Christopher Cratsley and makes her home in Massachusetts. She had two lovely daughters Maya and Lily. Son Vikas is getting married to a lovely girl of his choice Anita this April. We plan to be there for the happy occasion. In 2004 we decided to call it quits, hung our spikes and return to India for good. We have bought a place in Gurgaon, which we now call home. We are enjoying life in India. Best part of living here in India is interaction with TOPO GROUP buddies. I spend about 3 hours a day on the internet, working on e-mails, post ing messages on TOPO GROUP website.

After University, joined UP State Electricity Board in deference to wishes of my father to be a Gazetted Officer (rejecting firm offers from TELCO and IOC), a place where I could never get a sense of belonging. Have two sons, the elder (Monish, married to a fairy-like Anshu, and having a naughty son Neal) in a Call Centre, and the younger (Sonal, married to a chirpy and naughty Megha, and expecting) a software engineer. Most importantly, I dote over my life-partner Rashmi.
