Description:
No. of Pages=389 it is agood thriller. I enjoyed most of it except when i had to refer back to ever increasing characters in the plot. The story deals with a very complex plan devised by the secretary general of the USSR communist party to influence the election process and support the labor party candidates who share ans support Russian interests. His idea is to get such candidates elected, so that the Russians have apuppet government in UK. This is a top secret plot, so secret that even KGB is kept out of the loop. THere is very interesting cat and mouse game played by the Russian agents and the British secret service. It has a very interesting and thrilling ending. Except for ever increasing cast of charactors, I enjoyed the book. and for this reason I give this book 3-1/2 stars out of 5.
