Description:
No. of Pages=387 I had seen books by Patricia cornwell on sale at the railway book stalls and wondered what type of writer she is. Then a friend was getting ris of his book collection and this book was part of it. Yes, she is a mystery writer. She has crime reporter background and appears to have agreat knowledge forsenics. In this book the story deals with the murder of a very young girl in a sleepy small town in north caroline called Black mountain. A medical examiner who is also a detective type takes up the case, follows through the case and comes to a dramatic conclusion to nab the murderer. Witout giving away the ending, the auther keeps you guessing and the reader keeps reading with interest about the various possibilitis. Interesting book.
