<strong>Note: Rating is TBD. </strong>I just saw the movie based on this book. The movie, directed by Academy Award winner Clint Eastwood, was very gripping. So, I decided to read the book.<BR><BR> The subject deals with the World War II, Japan and Iwo Jima – the story behind US capturing the island of Iwo Jima and about the life of six US soldiers who became famous due to raising a flag on the island.<BR><BR> I am reading it now and will update this description after finishing it.
